A website and member app for a badminton training academy
Richies Training Center (RTC) is a badminton academy in North Bangalore led by national level coach Richard D'Souza. We built the academy website and an iOS member app that brings members, families, coaches and admins into one system.

RTC trains adults and children across batches and centres. As the academy prepares to expand, its marketing is founder led, built around Richard and the quality of his coaching.

Plans, dues, attendance, court time and progress lived in spreadsheets and phone calls. Parents could not see how their children were progressing, coaches tracked attendance by hand and the academy had no single place to manage members as it grew.
